Anaemia filicine

Να συνεχίσω το filicine στην εγκυμοσύνη με μεσογειακή αναιμία;

Καλησπερα σας, είμαι έγκυος με στίγμα μεσογειακής αναιμίας και η αιμοσφαιρινη μου στον 4ο περίπου μήνα της εγκυμοσύνης έπεσε στο 8.7. Εκ τοτε ξεκίνησα με μισό filicine την ημερα και η αιμοσφαιρινη στον 8ο πια έχει ανέβει στο 10. Μπορώ να συνεχίσω να συνεχισω να το παίρνω μέχρι να γεννήσω ή δε χρειάζεται πια?
