Να πάρω σίδηρο ενδοφλέβια μετά από εγχείρηση ορθού και χημειοθεραπεία;
Εγώ υποβληθεί πριν 7 μήνες σε εγχείρηση ορθού μετά από καρκίνο έχω υποβληθεί σε ακτινοβολίες, και χημειοθεραπεία ο αιματοκρίτης μου είναι 31 και ο σίδηρος 40...αισθάνομαι τρομερή κόπωση.... Να πάρω σίδηρο ενδοφλέβια???, για πιο γρήγορη ανάρρωση??,, γιατί το χάπι σιδήρου μπορεί να μου δημιουργήσει διάρροιες
