Να ανησυχώ για ανεβασμένα PLT και ουλίτιδα με αιμορραγία;

Καλησπέρα σας!!! Έχω αναιμία και φτιάξαμε λίγο τις τιμές του σιδήρου και του φυλλικού και της b12 στις τελευταίες εξετάσεις και το. Plt είναι είτε 472 είτε 488 , να επισημάνω ότι έχω ουλίτιδα και κάθε φορά που βουρτσιζω τα δόντια μου βγαίνει αίμα ... Η παθολόγος μου δεν το δέχεται να είναι ανεβασμένα τα plt λόγω των ούλων και με στέλνει σε αιματολογο. Να ανησυχισω??
