Καλησπέρα! Ο σύζυγός μου έχει ένα χρόνο τώρα που έχει σιδηροπενική αναιμία. 9 αιμοσφαιρίνη, 31 αιματοκρίτη, 4,4 φερριτίνη. Έχει κάνει γαστροσκόπηση, κολονοσκόπηση, αξονική και δεν του βρίσκουν κάτι σοβαρό. Ωστόσο δεν δίνει κανείς κάποια καθοδήγηση για την τόσο σοβαρή ξαφνική αναιμία. Πρότειναν χειρουργική επέμβαση στις αιμορροΐδες. Έχουμε απελπιστεί γιατί δεν ξέρουμε τι και πού αλλού να απευθυνθούμε.

Χρειαζεται μορφολογική εξέταση επιχρισματος αίματος πού θα δείξει τι πρέπει να γίνει περαιτέρω. Επίση ιστορικο και κλινική εξέταση. Οι αιμορροίδες δεν κάνουν τόσο σοβαρή αναιμία.
