Anaemia

Γαστρίτιδα και χαμηλή φερριτίνη: Σχέση με κόπωση και αδυναμία;

Με προηγούμενη διαγνωσμένη γαστρίτιδα προ μηνών με θεραπεία και συμπτώματα κόπωσης και αδυναμίας τώρα έκανα αιματολογικές εξετάσεις με διάστημα 2 μηνών και η φερριτίνη ήταν 35 και 28 αντίστοιχα. Θα μπορούσε να εξηγηθεί αυτό με τη γαστρίτιδα ή το στομάχι;
