Anaemia fero viofer

Είναι φυσιολογικό η πτώση αιματοκρίτη σε 92 ετών μετά από Covid-19;

Καλησπερα,η μητερα μου 92 ετων,πριν 7 μηνες ειχε αιματοκριτη 32,8 ,μετα απο 2 μηνες με 2 φιαλιδια viofer την μερα,εφτασε τον Ιουνιο στο 34,2 κατι που αρεσε στην παθολογο.Το μειωσε στο 1 φιαλιδιο,πηραμε tardyferom 1 φιαλιδιο,αλλα ο αιματοκριτης Χτες επεσε στο 29,7! Περασε κορονοιο πριν 1,5 μηνα οχι βαρια ομως και μια ιωση ,αυτο ειναι φυσιολογικο? Εγκυμονει καποια κακοηθεια? Ειναι 92 ετων δειχνει πολυ καλα στην υγεια της,ολες οι αλλες εξετασεις ειναι πολυ καλες!Ειμαι σε αγωνια μεχρι να κανει το τεστ Μαγερ,να δουμε τι γινεται!
