Αδυναμία λόγω χαμηλής φερριτίνης και βιταμίνης D3: Χρειάζονται συμπληρώματα;
Καλησπέρα, εδώ και 10 μέρες νιώθω ατονία και αδυναμια. Επισκέφθηκα τον παθολογο που μου συνέστησε αιματολογικές εξετάσεις, οι οποίες έδειξαν φερριτινη 6, και βιταμίνη d3 14. Οι υπόλοιπες εξετάσεις είναι φυσιολογικές. Δικαιολογειται η αδυναμία αυτή από τις ελλείψεις που προανέφερα; πρέπει να πάρω κάποια συμπληρώματα;αν πρεπει να παρω συμπληρωματα σε ποσο καιρο δεν θα έχω αδυναμια; μήπως πρέπει να κάνω κι άλλες εξετάσεις; Ευχαριστώ πολυ

Με αυτές τις τιμές χρειάζεστε υποκατάσταση σιδήρου και vit d. Επειδή δεν γνωρίζω αν είστε άνδρας/γυναίκα, την ηλικία σας δεν μπορώ να σας συμβουλεύσω στο αν χρειάζεται περαιτέρω διερεύνηση της αιτίας της χαμηλής φερριτινης. Γενικά με τον από του στόματος σίδηρο η αποκατάσταση των επιπέδων επανελεγχεται σε 3 μήνες. Αν σας προβληματίζουν τα συμπτώματα σας συμβουλευτείτε έναν Αιματολογο για να σας κατευθύνει σωστά.
