Θα βοηθήσει το εμβόλιο απευαισθητοποίησης σε αλλεργική ρινίτιδα 15χρονου;
Ο γιος μου είναι 15 χρόνων, έχει αλλεργική ρινίτιδα και έκανε εξετάσεις αίματος και έχει αλλεργία στα ακάρεα και στο περδικάκι. Αν κάνει εμβόλιο απευαισθητοποίησης θα βοηθηθεί στα μπουκώματα που τον πιάνουν σε καθημερινή βάση.

Οι εξέτάσεις αίματος από μόνες δεν μπορούν να καθορίσουν την συμμετοχή των αλλεργιογόνων στην αλλεργική ρινίτιδα. Απαιτείται πλήρες ιστορικό και δερματικές δοκιμασίες νυγμού, όπως και ενδεχομένως πιο ειδικός εργαστηριακός έλεγχος από τον συνηθισμένο, πριν προχωρήσει κάποιος Αλλεργιολόγος στην σύσταση εμβολίων απευαισθητοποίησης. Αλλά, εφόσον πληρούνται οι απαραίτητες προυποθέσεις, η απευαισθητοποίηση ή ανοσοθεραπεία είναι η μοναδική αιτιολογική αντιμετώπιση της αλλεργικής ρινίτιδας.
