Πώς να αντιμετωπίσω ξηρό βήχα με γαργάλημα λόγω ίωσης και αλλεργικής ρινίτιδας;
Κάθε φορά που κολλάω ίωση ο βήχας μου μετά από λίγες μέρες γίνεται ξηρός με γαργάλημα που με πνίγει. Έχω αλλεργική ρινίτιδα από 15 ετών τώρα είμαι 40 Υποφέρω δεν μπορώ να κοιμηθώ κ με πιάνει κι έξω ξαφνικά. Όλο νερό έχω δίπλα μου. Τι μπορώ να κάνω να ηρεμήσει?
