Γιατί νιώθω πρήξιμο, μυρμήγκιασμα στη γλώσσα και σπυράκια σε λαιμό και ώμους;

Καλησπέρα έχω παρατήρηση εδώ και αρκετό καιρό ότι νιώθω τη γλώσσα μου σαν να πρήζεται / μυρμηγκιάζει και έντονη φαγούρα στον λαιμό και πίεση σαν να μην μπορώ να αναπνεύσω καλά. Έχω πάει σε αρκετές ειδικότητες και κανένας δεν μου βρήκε κάτι. Σήμερα πριν από το μυρμήγκιασμα και πνίξιμο στον λαιμό παρατήρησα και αρκετά σπυράκια που δεν υπήρχαν στο σημείο των ώμων και κάποια στον λαιμό.
