Εξανθήματα και δύσπνοια μετά από Voltaren: Τι να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα σας, πήρα για 4 μέρες το Voltaren των 75 για ένα πρόβλημα που έχω στο πόδι μου και μετά από 3 μέρες παρουσίασα σε όλο το σώμα μου εξανθήματα με έντονη φαγούρα καθώς και δύσπνοια. Η δερματολόγος μου είπε ότι ίσως μου το προκάλεσε το φάρμακο αυτό και μου χορήγησε κορτιζόνη. Ανησυχώ αρκετά όμως γιατί τα συμπτώματα είναι έντονα, τι άλλο πρέπει να κάνω?

Προφανώς και πρόκειται για αλλεργική αντίδραση από το Voltaren. Φυσικά το αυτονόητο, είναι ότι θα σταματήσετε το συγκεκριμένο φάρμακο αλλά και όλα τα φάρμακα που ανήκουν στην ίδια ομάδα (μη στεροειδή αντιφλεγμονώδη). Θα πάρετε την κορτιζόνη για όσο χρειαστεί μέχρι να υφεθούν τα συμπτώματα, ενώ θα προσθέσετε στην αγωγή και αντισταμινικά. (μπιλαστίνη, ή λεβοσετιριζίνη, ή δεσλοραταδίνη, σε δόση μέχρι και 4 χάπια την ημέρα). Αν τα συμπτώματα επιμείνουν παρά αυτή την αγωγή καλό είναι να προμηθευθείτε και ένα στυλό αδρεναλίνης σε περίπτωση ανάγκης.
