Εξάνθημα μετά από Ceclor σε παιδί 3 ετών: Να ξαναδώσω αντιβίωση;
3 ετών μετά από γρίπη Α και αντιβίωση ceclor τη οποία συνέχισε μετά τις 8 μέρες καθώς δεν γινόταν καλύτερα...συνολικά 11 μέρες την πήρε!! Αφού τελείωσε την αντιβίωση μετά από μια μέρα εμφάνισε εξάνθημα τύπου χάρτη αρκετά εκτεταμένο κυρίως στα πόδια....του έδωσε ζιρτέκ και έφυγε μέσα σε μια ώρα...την άλλη μέρα πάλι το ίδιο εξάνθημα σε μικρότερη έκταση...πήγαμε σε αλλεργιολόγο κάναμε όλα τα τεστ σε κεφαλοσπορίνες κ πενικιλίνη μέσω εξέτασης αίματος rast igg.igm. και τα λοιπά.....Ήταν όλα αρνητικά.....Οπότε τι κάνω??? Ξαναδίνω ή όχι?

Θα ακολουθήσετε την οδηγία του αλλεργιολόγου. Ούτως ή άλλως δεν θα αποφασίσετε εσείς αν θα ξαναπάρει το παιδί την αντιβίωση αλλά ο παιδίατρος σας.

Ξαναδινετε, όταν και αν χρειαστεί, κεφαλοσπορινη 'η πενικιλλινουχο αντιβιοτικό αλλά καλύτερα όχι το ceclor

Ο χρυσός κανόνας για να επιβεβαιώσουμε ή να αποκλείσουμε μία φαρμακευτική αλλεργία είναι η δοκιμασία πρόκλησης. Δηλαδή πρέπει να πάρει το παιδί την αντιβίωση με πρωτόκολλο είτε στο ιατρείο τυο αλλεργιολόγου είτε σε νοσοκομείο με αλλεργιολογική μονάδα. Μιλήστε με τον αλλεργιολόγο σας.
