Καλησπέρα σας. Η αλλεργία στο δηλητηριο των υμενοπτέρων (όπως είναι η μέλισσα και η σσφήκα) μπορει να προκαλέσει πολύ σοβαρή -έως και θανατηφόρα- αντίδραση.Επομένως είναι απαραίτητο κάποιος με τέτοιου είδους αλλεργία να έχει πάντα μαζί του σετ αναφυλαξίας με ένεση αδρεναλίνης, το οποίο δίδεται από τον αλλεργιολόγο μεζί με σαφείς οδηγίες για το πώς και πότε το χρησιμοποιούμε

Επινεφρίνη (λέγεται και αδρεναλίνη). Χορηγείται ενδομυϊκά με ενεση στο μηρό, σε δοσολογία ανάλογα με το βάρος. Διατίθεται σε συσκευή αυτοχορήγησης ή σε φιαλίδιο. Πρέπει να επισκεφθείτε αλλεργιολόγο για τη συνταγογραφηση και οδηγίες.
