Αλληλεπίδραση bespar και αντιισταμινικών: προκαλεί υπνηλία;

Εδώ και τρεισήμισι μήνες παίρνω μισό bespar κάθε βράδυ λόγω ήπιας αγχώδους διαταραχής. Περιστασιακά αν χρειαστεί να πάρω κάποιο αντιισταμινικό, λόγω αλλεργικής ρινίτιδας, παρατηρώ ότι έχω τρομερή κατάπτωση και υπνηλία καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της μέρας. Ακόμα και αν πάρω μισό χάπι, xozal ή bilargen, πάλι το ίδιο. Υπάρχει κάποια αλληλεπίδραση ανάμεσα στο αγχολυτικό και στο αντιισταμινικό; Το bespar επαναλαμβάνω το λαμβάνω στην ελάχιστη δόση των 5mg. Ευχαριστώ.
