Άνδρας 38: συνεχής διαρροή μετά από ούρηση/εκσπερμάτιση, αρνητικές εξετάσεις
Άνδρας 38 ετών. Μετά το τέλος της ούρησης φεύγουν κάποιες σταγόνες στο εσώρουχο. Επίσης, μετά το τέλος της εκσπερμάτωση παρατηρώ ότι συνεχίζει να τρέχει ικανή ποσότητα σπέρματος για 3-4 λεπτά ακόμα σταδιακά. Έχω κάνει καλλιέργεια ούρων σπέρματος και είναι αρνητικές. Υπέρηχο όλα καλά. PSA 0,5. ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ούρων φυσιολογική. Αξονική με σκιαγραφικό όλα καλά. τι πρέπει να κάνω ;
