Τι προκαλεί τσούξιμο και φαγούρα στον πρωκτό μετά την αφόδευση;

Εδώ και ένα μήνα περίπου έχω τσούξιμο κ φαγούρα στον πρωκτό μετά την αφόδευση σπάνια και λίγο αίμα παίρνω daflon και anaroid αλοιφή, εδώ και 3 μέρες., έχω βελτίωση αλλά ακόμα με ενοχλεί, . είναι κάτι σοβαρό τι μπορώ άλλο να κάνω??
