Τι να κάνω για εξωτερικές αιμορροΐδες, αέρια, δυσκοιλιότητα και ΣΕΕ;

Εχω δυο εξωτερικές αιμορροΐδες. Επίσης έχω πολλά αέρια και γουργουρητά σε συνδυασμό με δυσκοιλιότητα . Στο χαρτί έχω δει ελάχιστο κόκκινο αίμα όταν σκουπίζομαι. Δυστυχώς κάθομαι αρκετή ώρα στην τουαλέτα πολύ συχνά και έχω ΣΕΕ, εδώ και χρόνια μαζί με άγχος . Εχω κάνει κολονοσκόπηση πριν 9 έτη με εύρημα έναν πολύποδα μικρό που αφαιρέθηκε χωρίς στοιχεία δυσπλασίας . Εχω κάνει γαστροσκόπηση πριν 2 έτη και είχα μια διάχυτη γαστρίτιδα χωρίς στοιχεία δυσπλασίας και χωρίς ελικοβακτηριδιο . Τι να κάνω;

Κολονοσκόπηση μετά από αφαίρεση πολύποδα κάνουμε στα τρία χρόνια!! Να διώξετε την δυσκοιλιότητα,να πλένεστε με χλιαρό νερό στο ντους,καταργείστε το χαρτί.Και λάθος να κάθεστε ώρα στην τουαλέτα για ώρα
