Επιπλοκές στην ούρηση και έντονος πόνος μετά από αιμορροιδοπηξία - Τι να κάνω;

Πριν μια εβδομάδα περίπου ο άντρας μου έκανε αιμορροιδοπηξια και αφαίρεσαν 2 αιμορροιδικους όζους.Ομως από τότε δυσκολεύεται στην ούρηση ειδικά όταν έχει πόνο πίσω,δεν μπορεί να ουρήσει καθόλου.Υπαρχει περίπτωση να είναι επιπλοκή από το χειρουργείο;Επίσης έχει πολύ έντονους πόνους.Τι μπορεί να πάρει;
