Πρέπει να αφαιρεθούν οι ινοεπιθηλιακοί πολύποδες λόγω αιμορροΐδων;

Καλησπέρα,είμαι 35 χρόνων και τα τελευταία 3 χρόνια εμφάνιζοταν ανά διαστήματα αίμα στο χαρτί όταν πήγαινα στην τουαλέτα.Εκανα αρθροσκόπηση προσφατα και η διάγνωση ήταν ότι υπάρχουν ινοεπιθηλιακοι πολύποδες που οφείλονται σε παρουσία αιμορροιδικων όζων παλαιότερα στην περιοχή.Ο γιατρός μου είπε ότι δεν χρειάζεται να κάνω κάτι ,απλα να αποφεύγω καυτερα,αλκοόλ,καθισιο.οι πολύποδες αυτοί δεν πρέπει να αφαιρεθούν;
