Πώς να αντιμετωπίσω μικρά γρομπαλάκια στον πρωκτό μετά από αιμορροΐδα;
Πριν μια εβδομάδα έβγαλα μια μεγάλη αιμορροΐδα η οποία ξεκινούσε από μέσα του πρωκτού βάζοντας τρεις φορές την ημέρα ειδική αλοιφή και με καλή υγιεινή της περιοχής έχει ξεφουσκώσει αρκετά και μειώθηκε αισθητά η ενόχληση αλλά ψηλαφώντας πιάνω δύο ή τρία μικρά γρομπαλάκια στην άκρη του πρωκτού τα οποία μοιάζει να μπαίνουν μέσα σπρώχνοντας θα φύγουν κι αυτά με τον καιρό; τι μπορώ να κάνω να τα βοηθήσω να διαλυθούν; να πάρω χάπια από το στόμα ή να περιμένω πρώτα λίγο καιρό μήπως διαλυθούν μόνα τους και μετά να πάρω χάπια; είναι μικροί θρόμβοι αίματος; κρύα επιθέματα βοηθούν να διαλυθούν; τα μπάνια στη θάλασσα βοηθούν; κάποιες συγκεκριμένες ασκήσεις; τι άλλο μπορώ να κάνω;
