Καλησπέρα Μεσα σε 2 μέρες μου εμφανίστηκε αιμορροΐδα εξωτερικη που ένας γιατρός που με είδε μου είπε ότι έχει προπτωση και θέλει χειρουργείο με υπερηχους δεν μου έδωσε κάποια αγωγή η αλοιφή Υπάρχει κάποια άλλη λύση?

Καλησπέρα, η αρχική αντιμετώπιση για τις αιμορροϊδες είναι συντηρητική - με αποφυγή χειρουργείου. Απαιτούνται κάπιες αλλαγές στον τρόπο ζωής, στις συνήθειες της τουαλέτας και στη διατροφή. Παράλληλα διάφορα φάρμακα που χορηγούνται τοπικά καταπραϋνουν τα ενοχλητικά συμπτώματα. Αν αυτό το βήμα αποτύχει, τότε μπορεί να χρειαστεί επέμβαση.
