Καλησπέρα, έβλεπα για αρκετό διάστημα αίμα στην τουαλέτα και κάποια πρησμένα μαξιλαράκια περιπρωκτικα όχι κάθε μέρα αλλά όταν "ξεφεύγω" με το φαγητό. Μετά από 15 μέρες με σωστή διατροφή, ενυδάτωση και παραφινέλαιο είμαι καλά ! Λόγω κάποιων υποχρεώσεων αυτές τις ημέρες έφαγα πάλι αρκετά και κρεατικά , στεγνή διατροφή γενικά και σήμερα πάλι παρατήρησα μια σταγονα και ένιωσα ένα ελαφρύ τρύπημα! Όχι πόνος! Πιστεύετε ότι αν ακολουθώ μια σωστή διατροφή συνέχεια με μικρές μερίδες και πολύ νερό θα είμαι εντάξει?
