Τι να κάνω για φαγούρα μετά από αφόδευση και λίγο αίμα σε γυναίκα 31 ετών;

Καλησπέρα. Είμαι γυναίκα 31 ετών. Πριν λίγες μέρες μετά από αφόδευση, σκουπιστηκα αρκετά έντονα ώσπου έβγαλε λίγο αίμα. Από εκείνη την ημέρα δεν ξαναείδα αίμα αλλά νιώθω μια φαγούρα μετά από κάθε αφόδευση η οποία περνάει σχετικά γρήγορα. Τι μπορώ να κάνω για να ανακουφιστω?
