Εντονη φαγούρα στον πρωκτό με λεκέδες χαρτιού μετά την αφόδευση, άντρας 34 ετών

Καλησπέρα. Εδώ και περίπου μια εβδομάδα μετά την αφόδευση αφού εχω σκουπιστεί καλά και δεν υπάρχει ίχνος στο χαρτι η το μωρομαντηλο μετα απο κανενα μισάωρο νιωθω εντονη φαγουρα και οταν παω και σκουπιζομαι βλεπω οτι το χαρτι λερωνεται σαν να εχω αφοδευσει. Δεν βλέπω να έχω κάποια ακράτεια η τίποτα. Είμαι 34 ετών άντρας.
