Είναι τα συμπτώματά μου σοβαρότερα από αιμορροΐδες σε γυναίκα 36 ετών;
Είμαι γυναίκα 36 χρονών και υποφέρω κατά καιρούς από αιμορροΐδες ή ραγάδες. Έπαιρνα για καιρό συμπλήρωμα σιδήρου, μέχρι που άρχισα πάλι να έχω πονο και κόκκινο αιμα στο χαρτί και στην λεκάνη κατά την κένωση. Πάρα τη διακοπή, εδώ και 2-3 βδομαδες δεν έχει σταματήσει η αιμορραγία και ο πόνος. Είχα κάνει και πριν 5 χρόνια ορθοσκοπηση και ήταν καθαρή. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι κάτι πιο σοβαρό από αιμορροΐδες;

Να μην υπάρχει δυσκοιλιότητα,αντί γιά χαρτί χλιαρό νερό με το ντους και να πάρετε Daflon.Καλό να σας δει και ένας σοβαρός χειρουργός

Η λήψη σιδηρου από το στόμα σχετίζεται με δυσκοιλιότητα και αυτή με τη σειρά της με επιδείνωση της αιμορροιδόαθειας . Εφόσον μετά τη διακοπή του σιδήρου έχει επανέλθει φυσιολογική εντερική λειτουργία και συνεχίζει η απώλεια αίματος καλό είναι να συμβουλευτείτε τον γαστρεντερολόγο σας για μια επανάληψη του ελέγχου και χορήγηση αγωγής
