Αίμα στην τουαλέτα το βράδυ με μικρό πόνο - Τι μπορεί να είναι;

Καλησπέρα.. Εδώ και μια βδομάδα όταν πάω στην τουαλέτα ιδιαίτερα το βράδυ και όχι τόσο το πρωί ή το μεσημέρι βγάζω αίμα (όχι μεγάλη ποσότητα) όπου αφού περάσω το χαρτί μια δυο φορές έχει καθαρίσει.. Μετά υπάρχει μικρός πόνος πιο πολύ σε τσούξιμο για καμιά ώρα αλλά όχι κάτι το τόσο ενοχλητικό! Ενημερωτικά μου είχε ξανατύχει και πριν 5-6 μήνες αλλά σε 1 μέρα είχε εξαφανιστεί.. Τι πιστεύετε πως είναι;

Αιμορραγία από το ορθό κατά τη κένωση μπορεί να οφείλεται σε αιμορροΐδες, αν και ο πόνος μετά την κένωση παραπέμπει και σε ύπαρξη ραγάδας πρωκτού. Σε κάθε περίπτωση απαιτείται εξέταση και κατάλληλη αντιμετώπιση.
