Ροχαλίζω με υπερτροφικές αμυγδαλές. Αφαίρεση μαζί με κρεατάκια;
Ροχαλίζω και έχω υπερτροφικές αμυγδαλές. Σχετίζονται; Μπορώ να τις αφαιρέσω ταυτόχρονα με τα κρεατάκια μου;

Πιθανόν να σχετίζονται, όπως σωστά λέτε ανάλογα πόσο υπερτροφικές είναι. Μπορείτε να τις αφαιρέσετε μαζί με τα κρεατακια. Υπάρχει όμως σοβαρή πιθανότητα να μην φταίνε μόνο τα κρεατακια και οι αμυγδαλές, αλλά και άλλα εμπόδια στην ΩΡΛ περιοχή που ενδεχομένως να χρειάζονται και αυτά αφαίρεση - διόρθωση. Μπορεί να έχετε και υπερτροφία αδενοειδων εκβλαστήσεων (κρεατακια) και αυτό να αυξάνει το πρόβλημα της αναπνοής σε συνδυασμό με τις διογκωμένες αμυγδαλές. Καλό είναι να γίνει ενδοσκόπηση ώστε να καθοριστεί το μέγεθος του προβλήματος και το πόσο θα σας βοηθήσει ένα χειρουργείο. Συνδυαστικά στο ίδιο χειρουργείο μπορεί να γίνει αμυγδαλεκτομή και αδενοτομή.
