Μπορεί να θεραπευτεί ο ασκίτης από κίρρωση ήπατος με διουρητικά;

Γειά σας. Έχω κίρρωση ήπατος, και πριν μια βδομάδα ο υπέρηχος έδειξε ότι έχω ασκίτη. Ο γιατρός μου, μου έδωσε διουρητικά και έκλεισα ήδη ραντεβού για να με δει. Έχω εδώ και 2,3 μέρες συνεχώς κράμπες στην κοιλιά, παρότι προσέχω πάρα πολύ με τη διατροφή, και πίνω 3 λίτρα νερό. Μπορεί ο ασκίτης να θεραπευτεί? Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ
