Πολυκυστική νόσος νεφρών: Πρέπει ο πατέρας μου να ελεγχθεί περαιτέρω;

Καλησπέρα ο παππούς μου έχει πολυκυστική νόσο νεφρών 78 ετών, πρόσφατα μπήκε σε πρόγραμμα αιμοκάθαρσης με κρεατινίνη 3,8. Ο πατέρας μου 54 ετών ατομικό ιστορικό δυσλιπιδαιμίας, σε εξετάσεις ρουτίνας φάνηκε gfr 75..θα πρέπει να υποβληθεί σε περαιτέρω έλεγχο; Είναι σχεδόν πιθανό να έχει κληρονομήσει το γονίδιο;
