Μπορεί η κρεατινίνη να ανέβει αν διπλασιάσω τη δόση του χαπιού πίεσης χωρίς διουρητικό;
Καλημέρα.. το χάπι της πίεσης ήταν ενιαίο με το διουρητικο ναι.. και τώρα διπλασιασαμε τη δόση του ίδιου χαπιού χωρίς το διουρητικο. Υπάρχει το ενδεχόμενο να ανέβει η κρεατινινη;

Καλησπέρα σας, τα αντιυπερτασικα που περιέχουν διουρητικο ανήκουν σε μια κατηγορία που ονομάζεται θειαζιδικα διουρητικα και δεν επιτρέπεται στην νεφρική ανεπάρκεια, οπότε πιστεύω ότι ορθά έπραξε ο Νεφρολογος σας,και το έβγαλε και σας δίνει χωρίς. Όσο αφορά για την κρεατινινη μπορεί να ανέβει για άλλους λόγους όχι όμως από το χάπι της πιεσεως. Να προσέχετε:όχι αντιφλεγμονοδη φάρμακα(Mesulid, Voltaren, ασπιρίνη Bayer, Ponstan, Brufen),αντιβιοτικά της οικογένειας των αμινογλυκοσιδων,όταν θέλετε να κάνετε μαγνητική τομογραφία να αποφύγετε τα σκιαγραφικα, λήψη γαστρογραφινης επιτρέπεται η σε μεγάλη ανάγκη υπάρχει πρωτόκολλο προετοιμασίας . Προσοχή... στις υψηλές θερμοκρασίες καλή ενυδάτωση πίνετε 2-3 λιτρα νερό. Όχι μεγάλη και συχνή κατανάλωση κόκκινου κρέατος (μία φορά/εβδομάδα μέχρι το πολύ δύο).Παρακολουθητε την νεφρικής σας λειτουργία με επισκέψεις στο Νεφρολογος σας.
