Αντιδραστικοί λεμφαδένες στον τράχηλο και σελ, hashimoto - τι να κάνω;
Από τον Οκτώβριο έχω αντιδραστικους λεμφαδενες στον τραχηλο κ υπογναθιους. Δεν ξεπερνά κανενας τα 12 χιλ. Εκανα αξονικη θωρακος / ανω κατω κοιλιας , mri μαστων , κ παρακεντηση 3 λεμφαδένων στο λαιμο .Έχω σελ κ hashimoto . Κ 2 κατω φρονιμητες που πρέπει να βγουν επειδή μεγαλωνουν στραβά . Η κυτταρολογικη είχε αυτό το αποτέλεσμα : Η κυτταρολογική εξέταση του υλικού παρακέντησης λεμφαδένων δεξιάς τραχηλικής χώρας, έδειξε πολλά λεμφοειδή κυτταρικά στοιχεία σε διάφορα στάδια ωρίμανσης με αντιδραστικού και εκφυλιστικού τύπου αλλοιώσεις. Παρατηρήθηκαν επίσης λίγα ιστιοκύτταρα, αραιά πολυμορφοπύρηνα λευκοκύτταρα καθώς και ερυθροκύτταρα. Εικόνα κυτταρολογικά συμβατή με αντιδραστικό λεμφαδένα. Συνιστάται κλινική συνεκτίμηση-παρακολούθηση. Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω τι άλλο να κάνω να ξεπρηστουν κ πως να προχωρήσω.
