Ενέσεις για χρόνια αυθόρμητη κνίδωση και αλλεργική ρινίτιδα;
Χαίρετε! Έχω διαγνωστεί με οζώδη κνήφη. Δυστυχώς μέσα στο μήνα σίγουρα έχω έξαρση, βάζω μία αλοιφή τοπικά, σταματά λίγο η κνίδωση και μετά επανέρχεται. Έχει υποβαθμιστεί η ποιότητα ζωής μου, καθώς η φαγούρα δε σταματά εάν δεν ματώσει το σημείο, συνήθως κάτω από το στήθος και στο ένα μου πόδι. Θεωρείτε πως μπορώ να προχωρήσω σε ενέσεις για την χρόνια αυθόρμητη κνίδωση; Υπάρχουν γνωστές παρενέργειες ή αντενδείξεις; Μία τέτοια θεραπεία θα βοηθούσε και στην χρόνια αλλεργική εποχιακή ρινίτιδα; Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων για τον χρόνο και τη διάθεσή σας να βοηθήσετε.

Καλησπέρα. Η οζώδης κνήφη δεν έχει σχέση με τη χρόνια κνίδωση. Οι ενέσεις που υπάρχουν για την κνίδωση (ομαλιζουμάμπη) δε βοηθάνε στην κνήφη, αλλά είναι πιθανό να βοηθήσουν στην αλλεργική ρινίτιδα.
