Επικίνδυνη είναι η πάχυνση έσω μέσου χιτώνα στις καρωτίδες χωρίς στένωση;

Σε τριπλεξ καρωτίδων βρέθηκε πάχυνση έσω μέσου χιτώνα στους καρωτιδικους βολβούς αμφοτερόπλευρα 1,3 Χιλ και 1,1 Χιλ. χωρίς εικόνα στενωσης! . Επίσης Έσω και έξω φυσιολογικές. Πόσο επικίνδυνο είναι. Έχω ανησυχήσει πολύ! Ηλικια 50 ετών.Γυναικα. Χοληστερίνη ,πίεση, κτλ όλα φυσιολογικά πάντα.
