Ξυπνάω με ζάλη και πόνο στον αυχένα - Μπορεί να φταίνε οι κοιλες;

Καλησπέρα σας, Εδώ και μερικές μέρες ξυπνάω με ζάλη και ειδικά το πρωί έχω μια ελαφριά αστάθεια. Περισυ είχα πρόβλημα με τον αυχένα μου και παρατηρώ ότι πάλι όταν περιστρέφετε τον λαιμό μου πονάω. Η περισυνη μαγνητική έδειξε κοιλες στον αυχένα αλλά βελτιώθηκαν μετά από φυσιοθεραπεια. Μήπως οι ζαλες είναι από εκεί?
