Διογκωμένοι λεμφαδένες, νυσταγμός, πτώση ακοής: σύνδεση και θεραπεία;

Καλησπέρα. Ένιωθα ζαλάδα και πήγα σε ωρλ. Μου βρήκε διογκωμένους λεμφαδένες και νυσταγμό αριστερά και πτώση ακοής στο ακουόγραμμα. Σύστησε dalacin k medrol και vertigo για τον ίλιγγο. Είναι συνδεόμενα λεμφαδένες αυτί και ίλιγγος; επειδή θα πάω διακοπές μπορώ να τα πάρω τώρα και τι να προσέχω;
