Αστάθεια γόνατος με ρήξη μηνίσκου και τενοντέση Lemaire στα 55, τι να κάνω;
Έχω αστάθεια στο γόνατο (κινείται μπροστά) με το τέντωμα επανέρχεται αλλά πρέπει να χρησιμοποιώ πατερίτσες για 2ήμερο. Ρήξη μετρίου μεγέθους έσω και έξω μηνίσκου. Μου σύστησαν εξωαρθρική τενοντέση Lemaire. Έχω κάνει πρόσθιο χιαστό πριν 18 χρόνια. Το μόσχευμά μου δεν έχει ρήξη αλλά είναι κάθετο. Είμαι 55 χρονών. Τι μου συστήνετε; Ευχαριστώ
