πριν ενα χρονο εκανα σπονδυλοδεσια ο4-ο5,ακομα κ σημερα οταν παω να κατσω στο αυτοκινητο(π.χ) κ σηκωνω το δεξι ποδι εχω την αισθηση οτι κατι κανει ηχο στην σπονδυλικη στηλη σαν κρακ,επισης τις τελευταιες μερες αισθανομαι μυρμηγκιασμα στο δεξι κουτουπιε ενω το νευρο με ενολει σπανια,μονο αν το κουρασω αρκετα ποναω μεσα στον γλουτο,τι θα προτεινατε?
