Σταφυλόκοκκος σε σπερμοδιάγραμμα και ούρα: Προστατίτιδα ή υπογονιμότητα;
Καλησπέρα. Σταφυλόκοκκος σαπροφυτικός σε σπερμοδιάγραμμα προ καιρού με λίγες αποικίες και πυοσφαίρια 20-25. Αιμοσφαίρια 1-2. Στην καλλιέργεια ούρων 3000 cfu/ml. και αρνητική. Άνευ συμπτωμάτων. Ελήφθη αγωγή για 10 μέρες. Πριν λίγες ημέρες εξέταση ούρων ξανά σταφυλόκοκκος 2000 cfu/ml. Psa 0.58 και crp 0.4. Στοιχειοθετείται προστατίτιδα? Το ότι από 3000 πήγε στα 2000 δείχνει βελτίωση? Υπάρχει κίνδυνος υπογονιμότητας?

Καλό θα ήταν να κάνετε μια καλλιέργεια ουρηθρικού υγρού για να δείτε εάν τα πυοσφαίρια και ο σταφυλόκοκκος προέρχονται απο την ουρήθρα.
