Ραντεβού των 13:00, δεν έγινε ποτέ καθώς 13:35 ακόμη περίμενα. Μαζί μου περίμενε και άλλη μια ασθενής που είχε επίσης ραντεβού στις 13:00. Ενώ η γιατρός με ειδε, δεν με ενημέρωσε καν για το πόση καθυστέρηση θα ύπαρξη. Θα εκτιμούσα ένα τηλέφωνο για οποία αλλαγή της ώρα ή τυχόν καθυστέρηση.

Σύμφωνα με την ανάρτηση που έχει γίνει θα ήθελα να διευκρινίσω το εξής. Η συγκεκριμένη πελάτισσα είχε ραντεβού 13:00 και υπήρξε καθυστέρηση μισής ώρας λόγο ενός έκτακτου σοβαρού περιστατικού το οποίο διευκρίνησα σε όλους τους πελάτες που βρίσκονταν στο ιατρείο. Πάντα στους ιατρικούς χώρους υπάρχουν επείγοντα περιστατικα και πρέπει να υπάρχει κατανόηση.
