Καλησπέρα, είμαι 21 χρονών γυναίκα. Εδώ και έναν χρόνο περίπου έχω κάποιες έκτακτες συστολές. Είχα πάει σε καρδιολόγο και μου είχαν κάνει ΕΚΓ, τρίπλεξ, τεστ κοπώσεως και μου είχαν βάλει και χόλτερ 24ωρο. Μου είχαν πει πως όλα είναι καλά με την καρδιά μου και ότι πιθανόν να οφείλεται στο άγχος επειδή έχω αγχώδης διαταραχή. Ένας άλλος καρδιολόγος που με είχε δει μου είχε πει ότι έχω ελαφρώς σκαφοειδή θώρακα και ότι και αυτός μπορεί να προκαλεί τις "αρρυθμίες". Γενικά γυμνάζομαι πολύ και παίζω ποδόσφαιρο και δεν με είχε ενοχλήσει ποτέ στην γυμναστική. Τις προάλλες κατα τη διάρκεια ενός αγώνα ένιωσα έκτακτες συστολές οι οποίες με τάραξαν πολύ. Θεωρείται ότι πρέπει να ξαναδώ κάποιον ειδικό; Είναι φυσιολογικό να τις αισθάνομαι την ώρα της άσκησης; Ευχαριστώ πολύ εκ των προτέρων.

Αφού είσαι 21 χρόνων και όλα βρέθηκαν καλά ηρέμησε Εγώ απλά θα έλεγα στην προπόνηση μην δίνεις το 100% κράτα λιγο
