Ο Ερρίκος με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή και με άκουσε προσεκτικά. Η ανάλυση του είναι πάντα δομημένη και εμπεριστατωμένη. Με έχει βοηθήσει να βάλω την καρίερα μου σε σειρά και να απολαμβάνω ξανά τις μικρές καθημερινές χαρές της ζωής.
Με έκανε να νιώσω πολύ άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή και με βοηθησε να εντοπίσω το άμεσο πρόβλημα και να κατανοήσω την μέθοδο διαχείρισης.
My session with Errikos was both helpful and informative. I felt comfortable speaking about my mental health with him and appreciated his effort to create a safe space. He speaks English fluently so there was absolutely no language barrier, which was very important to me since my conversational Greek is not good enough yet to have a session completely done in Greek. Errikos has a progressive mentality, which especially made me feel comfortable speaking about my mental health as an LGBTQ individual. I appreciate that he listened without judgment and offered a clear analysis. I will see him again and would definitely recommend others to schedule a session with him!
Η μεθοδολογία του ήταν πάντα βασισμένη στη βιβλιογραφία , κάτι που με βοήθησε να απαλλαγώ από ενοχλητικές εμμονικές σκέψεις. Μέσα σε λίγες βδομάδες ήμουν ήδη καλύτερα. Το πρόγραμμα που με καθοδήγησε να σχεδιάσω, το χρησιμοποιώ ακόμα και σήμερα στην καθημερινότητα μου, αρκετούς μήνες μετά.
Πήγα στον Ερρίκο με παράλυση από το άγχος και μόλις ένα μήνα μετά ήμουν πλήρως κοινωνικά λειτουργική και παραγωγική. Πλέον απολαμβάνω τη ζωή μου καλύτερα και από παλιά
Με βοηθησε πολυ σε μια περιοδο εντονου αγχους με την υγεια μου. Το ξεπερασα και μου εχει δωσει τα εργαλεια και τη μεθοδο να το εχω υπο πληρη ελεγχο!
Εξαιρετικός επαγγελματίας , με βοήθησε πολύ.
Όλες του οι παρατηρήσεις ήταν τεκμηριωμένες. Σε λίγα ραντεβού το στρες υποχώρησε και ήμουν και πάλι χαρούμενη και δημιουργική. Με βοήθησε να έχω καθαρούς στόχους και σκέψη και να αποφεύγω τα πισωγυρίσματα.
