Πρώτη τηλεφωνική επαφή το doctoranytime δεν έχει σωστά τα ελευθέρα ραντεβού. Επιβεβαίωση ραντεβού μετα από μια εβδομάδα 11/5/2023 στις 8:15 μμ. στο οποίο ο ασθενής μπήκε στο εξεταστήριο 9:02 μμ.

Αγαπητέ χρήστη, Διαβάσαμε μετά λύπης την κριτική σας σχετικά με ραντεβού, που αφορά κοντινό σας πρόσωπο. Πράγματι, η συγκεκριμένη ασθενής προγραμμάτισε μέσω την πλατφόρμας DAT ραντεβού στο ιατρείο μας για τις 5/5/2023 και ώρα 19:00. Δυστυχώς, η συγκεκριμένη ημέρα και ώρα στην πραγματικότητα δεν ήταν διαθέσιμες. Κατόπιν τούτου, όπως άλλωστε γνωρίζετε, η γραμματεία του ιατρείου μας κάλεσε αμέσως την ασθενή, ώστε να προγραμματισθεί ένα νέο ραντεβού στην συντομότερη δυνατή ημερομηνία, η οποία ήταν η 11η.05.2023 και ώρα 20:15, όπως κι έγινε. Σε ό,τι αφορά την καθυστέρηση εισαγωγής της ασθενούς στο ραντεβού, λυπούμαστε πολύ, ωστόσο σας υπενθυμίζουμε ότι για το ιατρείο μας η πλήρης φροντίδα και η ολοκληρωμένη ενασχόληση με τον κάθε έναν ασθενή μας και η άριστη εξυπηρέτησή του αποτελούν βασικές μας αρχές. Λαμβάνουμε σοβαρά υπόψη τα σχόλιά σας και συνεχίζουμε να εργαζόμαστε πάνω στην καλύτερη δυνατή οργάνωση του ιατρείου μας και την άψογη εξυπηρέτησή σας.
