Η Στέλλα είναι ένας πολύ προσφιλής, ευχάριστος άνθρωπος που μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη από την πρώτη μας συνάντηση. Έχει μεγάλο εύρος γνώσεων πάνω στο αντικείμενό της και ευελιξία στην δημιουργία του προγράμματος διατροφής. Μέσα από μια εκτενή συζήτηση σχετικά με τους λόγους που με οδήγησαν να την επισκεφτώ, τις διατροφικές μου συνήθειες και την καθημερινότητα μου, δημιουργήσε ένα πρόγραμμα διατροφής, το οποίο ήταν ισορροπημένο και όχι εξαντλητικό. Επιπλέον, μου έδωσε περαιτέρω οδηγίες τόσο γραπτές όσο και προφορικές για να με διευκολύνει για την σωστή εφαρμογή του προγράμματος και με προέτρεψε να επικοινωνώ πάντα μαζί της για τυχόν απορίες. Θα την πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα!
