Ειναι η πρωτη φορα που επισκεφτηκα ψυχολογο . Παροτι ηταν αναγνωριστικη η συνεδρια , ενιωσα την ανεση να μιλησω με παρρησια . Αφοτου τελειωσε η συνεδρια , ενιωσα οτι εβγαλα απο μεσα μου οτι αρνητικο υπηρχε .
Με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα. Εξαιρετική επαγγελματίας.
Η κα. Κούκουνα με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα από τα πρώτα λεπτά της συνάντησής μας. Είμαι ευγνώμων για την κατανόηση και την ενσυναίσθησή της. Αισθάνομαι πολύ ασφαλής με την προοπτική της συνεργασίας μας.
Αποφάσισα να επισκεφτώ την κυρία Κούκουνα για να με βοηθήσει με προβλήματα άγχους που αντιμετωπίζω. Η αλήθεια είναι πως αρχικά ήμουν διστακτικός απέναντι στο να επισκεφτώ κάποιον ψυχολόγο αλλά η κυρία Κούκουνα μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη και ασφάλεια. Είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος με την προσέγγισή της και με τη δουλειά που έχουμε κάνει ως τώρα. Θα την πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα.
Έδειξε αρκετή κατανόηση για την περίπτωσή μου και μου ενέπνευσε την εμπιστοσύνη που μου χρειάζεται για να συνεχίσω μαζί της.
Από το πρώτο ραντεβού ένιωσα άνετα να επικοινωνήσω τους προβληματισμούς και τα άγχη μου. Ένιωσα ότι με άκουγε ήρεμα και προσεκτικά, με καταλάβαινε και ότι θα μπορώ να την εμπιστευτώ χωρίς να ντρέπομαι.
Από την πρώτη μας συνάντηση με έκανε να αισθανθώ καλά με την επιλογή μου να ξεκινήσω ψυχοθεραπεία και να θέλω να ασχοληθώ με διάφορα θέματα που καιρό τωρα με προβληματίζουν και επιθυμώ να τα δουλέψω ωστε να αλλάξω την ποιότητα ζωής μου. Έχει μέθοδο και είναι πολύ καθησυχαστική. Την συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
Η γιατρός ήταν πολυ ευγενική και με φοβερή κατανόηση.
Eleni really understood very quickly where my issues were, and helped me address them and start my journey to improving my life and getting over my problems. Her English is excellent, which was a great help for me as my Greek isn't the best when explaining complicated situations and feelings. I am looking forward to our next appointment.
