Η κυρία Μαρία είναι εξαιρετική. Ανθρώπινη, λεπτομερής όσον αφορά αυτά για τα οποία ζήτησα πληροφορίες. Έβγαλα το φρονημήτη μου και πήγαν όλα καλά και μου δημιούργησε ένα πλάνο για το πως θα προχωρήσουμε με τα ενφυτεύματα. Την ενδιαφέρει πολύ η κατανόηση του ασθενούς όσον αφορά τη διαδικασία και είναι πάρα πολύ ευγενική.
