Είμαι γυναίκα 52 ετών..Γυμνάζομαι,καπνίζω λίγα τσιγάρα την μέρα..δεν είμαι παχύσαρκη Είχα χοληστερίνη 215 την καταιβασα στα 191 με λίγο προσοχή στην διατροφή..hdl 34 και ldl 122..η γιατρός μου έδωσε χάπι..είναι απαραίτητο?

Δεν θα έλεγα απαραίτητο,όμως hdl 34 είναι χαμηλό θα μπορούσες να το ανεβάσεις με συμπληρώματα ω-3 λιπαρα οξεα.Το ldl σύμφωνα με τις τελευταίες συστασεις φυσιολογικων τιμων θα πρέπει να είναι κάτω από 110 το οποίο είναι πολύ αυστηρό.εγω πιστεύω πως σε ένα υγιές άτομο έως 130 είναι ικανοποιητικό
