Καλησπέρα, εδώ και κάτι παραπάνω από μήνα έχω κάτι σαν τσιμπήματα, πολύ τοπικά κυρίως κάτω από το στήθος, αλλά περιοδικά και επί του στήθους. Όταν είμαι καθιστός σε καρέκλα έχω συνήθως από 65-80, που ανεβαίνουν στους 90-100. Αμέσως μετά από γρήγορο περπάτημα είναι 110-120 παλμοί. Πήγα στον καρδιολόγο και, έχοντας κάνει και υπερηχογράφημα και ηλεκτροκαρδιογράφημα, βγήκαν κανονικά, με μόνη διάγνωση αυξημένους παλμούς εντός όμως του φυσιολογικού εύρους (λίγο παραπάνω των 90, όχι πάνω των 100) Δεν ξέρω όμως... Είναι τα προαναφερθέντα κανονικές αντιδράσεις του οργανισμού; Να σημειώσω ότι έχω πολύ έντονο άγχος, το οποίο διέγνωσε και ο ιατρός.

Προσπάθηστε να μειώσεται το άγχος σας έστω και ζητώντας βοήθεια από καποιο ψυχολόγο η νευρολογο.Μεχρι τότε αφού οι σφυξεις σας είναι πάνω από 90 μια μικρή δοση β αναστολεα θα βοηθουσε
