Καλημερα εκανα test παπ και μου εβγαλε ελαφρώς τραχηλιτιδα με συμμετοχή HPV πρεπει να κάνω test παπ κολπικου υγρού ;

Καλησπέρα σας. Εγώ θα σας συνιστούσα να κάνετε ένα HPV DNA test και μια κολποσκόπηση εάν θέλετε να έχετε περισσότερες πληροφορίες. Το HPV DNA test θα σας πει εάν έχετε κάποιον τύπο HPV υψηλού κινδύνου και η κολποσκόπηση θα ελέγξει την έκταση της βλάβης που έχει γίνει στον τράχηλο. Από την άλλη θα σας έλεγα ότι δεν χρειάζεται να ανησυχείτε ιδιαίτερα αφού αυτού του είδους οι λοιμώξεις είναι πολύ συχνές. Προφανώς αυτό δεν σημαίνει οτι δεν πρέπει να το παρακολουθήσετε αλλά δεν χρειάζεται από την άλλη να σας πιάνει πανικός. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο. Καλή συνέχεια.

Καλό θα ήταν να κάνετε και μία καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού για άλλα μικρόβια, αλλά και ένα HPV DNA test.
