Λίγες μέρες μετά την επαφή, μόλυνση με ουρεοπλασμα δικαιολογεί βουβωνικους λεμφαδένες και αφθες στο στομα; Η υπάρχει και κάτι άλλο που πρεπει να ψαξω;

Καλησπέρα σας. Δεν έχω δει ποτέ αυτά τα συμπτώματα από ουρεόπλασμα. Εάν όντως πρόκειται για ΣΜΝ θα μπορούσε να είναι το Lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV) που είναι μια σεξουαλικά μεταδιδόμενη ασθένεια που μπορεί να προκαλέσει λεμφαδένες στη βουβωνική περιοχή και έλκοι στο στόμα. Το LGV προκαλείται από το βακτήριο Chlamydia trachomatis και μπορεί να μεταδοθεί μέσω πρωκτικού, κολπικού ή στοματικού σεξ. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
