έβγαλα πιστοποιητικό υγείας για εργασία σε ξενοδοχείο πριν 2 χρόνια. Συνεχίζω να εργάζομαι στην επιχείρηση αυτή ακόμη, αλλά δεν βρίσκουμε το πιστοποιητικό μου. Μπορεί να επανεκδοθεί, χωρίς να κάνω εκ νέου τις εξετάσεις, αφού δεν έχει λήξει η πενταετία;
